Water Testing for Participating in Food Hygiene Rating Scheme

“FSSAI has initiated the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme to ensure that consumers make informed choices while eating out and encourage food businesses to showcase and improve their food hygiene standards.

Hygiene Rating reflects the standards of food hygiene found on the date of inspection by the local authority or recognized third-party audit agency & The Fair Labs one of the best water testing service providers in Pan India. This voluntary scheme applies to food businesses supplying food directly to consumers either on or off the premises. Food businesses are rated based on food hygiene and safety conditions found at the time of inspection.

This scheme is being implemented in
Food Service Establishments such as restaurants, cafeterias, dhabahs, etc.
Bakeries
Sweet Shops
Meat Retail Shops. For differentiating your business and increasing food safety confidence in your customers, if you wish to participate, as per FSSAI water shall be tested with IS 10500 standard.”
