Order confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As it is a B2B product testing coordinator platform, once you place the order withing 3 business working days our team shall reach out to you to check readiness of your product/samples for pick up. If your goods/services are on backorder are unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your goods/services are available for immediate execution (within 8 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for execution.
Order shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit/debit card it will be executed within eight business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order is executed to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at info@thefairlabs.com
It is customers responsibility to provide right samples for the pick and in the robust possible packing condition to avoid any damages in transit. In case samples are not ready at the confirmed time and if any revisit is needed by our logistic team/partner, additional expenses shall be borne by the customer. Once samples are picked up they will be delivered by our logistic team/partner to our network labs for the testing purpose. In case additional safety/handling related documents/information needed for shipping the samples, customers will provide in a timely manner.
Cancellations & Refunds:
We request you to understand this concept properly before placing your orders. Order once placed on the website cannot be cancelled and no refund will be given to the customer.
During an unavoidable situation if we could not complete the testing services, we will refund your money within 7 business working days.
